Fiduciaria Davivienda SA (FiduDavivienda) is the fund management subsidiary of Banco Davivienda SA, itself a subsidiary of Grupo Bolivar SA (BG: GRUBOLIVAR) in Colombia. The firm was founded in 1992 to expand and diversify the portfolio of services of the Bolívar group through the design of differentiated fiduciary products. FiduDavivienda is headquartered in Bogota and manages a range of investment funds and a voluntary pension fund called DAFUTURO. In 2006 they expanded their services to the real estate sector and in 2012 merged wtih Fiduciaria Cafetera SA (Fiducafé).

Fiduciaria Bancolombia SA is the investment management subsidiary of Bancolombia SA (BO: BCOLOMBIA, NYSE, ADR: CIB) in Colombia. The firm was founded in 1995 when Fidubic merged with Sociedad Fiduciaria Suramericana. In 1998 Fiducolombia merged with Fiduciaria Suramericana and with BIC SA Sufibic. In 2005, Fiducolombia SA absorbed Sociedad Fiduciaria Corfinsura SA and changed their name to Fiduciaria Bancolombia SA in 2006. Headquartered in Bogota, Fiduciaria Bancolombia provides trust services to private and government clients.
