Mr. McNiff was formerly Vice President of Corporate Development at a NYSE Company.
Mr. McNiff has analyzed several hundred private and public companies and has been involved in the acquisition of over seventy-five.
Mr. McNiff graduated with honors from Yale University and received his J.D.
from the New York University School of Law.
