Newman is Vice President and General Counsel of St. Vincent's Health Services.
He is a Member of the American and Connecticut Health Lawyers Associations and the American and Connecticut Bar Associations.
Previously, Mr. Newman was a Partner at Reid & Riege PC.
He Joined Reid & Riege in 1996.
Mr. Newman has experience in addressing compliance, fraud and abuse reimbursement, and professional responsibility issues.
He received a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science from Duke University and JD degree from the Duke University School of Law in 1984.
Mr. Newman passed the bar in Connecticut in 1984.
