John Custance Kerr

John Custance Kerr is currently the Chairman of Lignum Investments Ltd., Mosaic Forest Management Corp., and Great Northern Way Campus Ltd.
He also serves as the Chancellor-Emeritus of Emily Carr University of Art & Design and is a Member of the Chief Executives Organization, Inc. In the past, Mr. Kerr held the position of Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Lignum Ltd.
from 1972 to 2005.
He was also the Chairman-International & British Columbia Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization (Canada), Chairman of Vancouver Foundation, Director at Louisiana-Pacific Corp., Independent Director at The Bank of Nova Scotia, Director at Bombardier, Inc., Director at Riverside Forest Products Ltd., Independent Director at Rogers Communications, Inc., and Managing Partner at Lignum Forest Products LLP.
Additionally, he is a Member of the Order of Canada and was the Managing Partner of Vancouver Canadians Professional Baseball Club.
Mr. Kerr completed his undergraduate studies at the University of British Columbia and obtained an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley in 1967.
