Jim Wilson

Jim Wilson has been a Partner and CFO with NMS since its formation in 2010, and is responsible for the financial management and administration of NMS and its funds.
He serves as a resource for NMS portfolio company CFOs with respect to finance, accounting and tax matters.
Prior to joining NMS, Jim was a Partner and Senior Vice President for Haas Wheat & Partners (HWP), a Dallas-based private equity firm.
During his 12-year tenure at HWP, Jim was responsible for all financial reporting, taxes, and investor communications for the firm and its affiliates.
Prior to HWP, Jim served as a Manager in the finance department of Coca-Cola Enterprises, and also worked in public accounting at KPMG.
Jim is active on charitable boards having previously served on the Board of Trustees for The Covenant School of Dallas, and for Harvesters Reaching the Nations, an orphanage and school serving the people of South Sudan, and currently serves on the Advisory Board for Casa Del Lago, a ministry serving the immigrant community of Northwest Dallas.
Jim graduated from Baylor University with a B.B.A.
in 1989.
