Resolution Capital Ltd. is the real estate securities investment subsidiary of Foray Enterprises Pty Ltd. in Australia. Formerly known as Bastion Lend Lease Ltd., the firm was founded in 2004 as a joint venture between key management executives and Lend Lease Corporation Ltd. Headquartered in Sydney, Resolution Capital manages a select range of investment strategies for their institutional clients who include pension funds, financial institutions, multi-manager groups and family offices. The firm also manages several Funds for Australian and New Zealand investors. Resolution Capital is a signatory to the United Nations initiated Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI).

LaSalle Investment Management Securities BV (LIMS) is the Netherlands-based subsidiary of LaSalle Fund Management BV, ultimately held by Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. (NYSE: JLL) in the US. Established in 1998, LIMS is based in Amsterdam and houses LaSalle's European Real Estate Securities group, which manages real estate securities investments for pension funds, institutional and retail investors worldwide. LaSalle is a socially responsible investor and signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment which integrates environmental, social and governance issues into their investment analysis and decision-making processes.
