James Kang

James Kang has served as a director since December 1994 and as executive Founder of company since August 2003.
From December 1994 to August, he served variously as our Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman.
Mr. Kang received a B.A.
degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois in 1983, and an M.B.A.
degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 1985.
Mr. Kang is the brother of John Kang, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and President.
