Keith Lousteau had been Chief Financial Officer of Tidewater, Inc. since 2000, Executive Vice President since 2003 and Treasurer since 1987.
Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Tidewater from 2000 to 2003 and Vice President from 1987 to 2000.
Mr. Lousteau joined Tidewater in 1977 as Assistant Manager of Taxation.
He graduated from Louisiana State University and served on the Administrative Staff of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York.
