Hiran Chaminda Embuldeniya

Hiran is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ironwood Capital Partners, the first Private Equity fund in Sri Lanka.
He is also a co-Founder and Director of York Street Partners a leading Sri Lanka focused investment bank.
Prior to returning to Sri Lanka in 2011, he was employed for ~10 years with Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Division in London and subsequently at McKinsey & Company in Dubai.
He has advised several of the leading industrial companies in Europe on their most important transactions and helped define corporate strategies for several of the largest banks in the Middle East.
Hiran holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and an MEng (Hons) from the University of Oxford.
