Colten has been a Director of Immtech International, Inc. since October 30, 2000.
He is Vice President and Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at Columbia University Health Sciences Division and College of Physicians and Surgeons.
He was Chief Medical Officer of iMetrikus, Inc. from 2000 to 2002 and Dean of the Medical School and Vice President for Medical Affairs at Northwestern University from 1997 to 2000.
He was a Researcher at the National Institutes of Health from 1965 to 1970.
He is a Member of the American Society for Clinical Investigation, the Society for Pediatric Research, the Association of American Physicians, the American Pediatric Society, the American Association of Immunologists and the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
He is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Academy of Allergy and Immunology and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
He received a BA from Cornell University in 1959, an MD from Western Reserve University in 1963 and an MA from Harvard in 1978.
