Hardeep Toor

Hardeep Toor joined Bregal in January 2021 as Tax Director for Europe.
Prior to joining Bregal she was a Director at Softbank Investment Advisors focusing on operational tax matters with geographical focus across the UK, US, Asia and Middle East.
Previously she spent 10 years working for PwC in the UK and US focusing on asset management and advising on tax planning and structuring for private equity funds.
Hardeep is a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) and a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).
She has an LLB law degree from the University of Birmingham.
