They are a subsidiary of TimesSquare Manager Member LLC, which is owned by Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. (NYSE: AMG). TimesSquare provides investment advisory services to various types of institutional investors as well as certain high net-worth individuals and in limited instances to modeled portfolios.
