From 1984 to 1989, Ms. Ames developed and managed the non-dollar and derivative product trading operations for Harvard Management Company in Boston.
From 1989 to 1994, she was a Vice President at Barclay Investments, Inc. in New York where her contributions included trade analysis, systems development, cash management and operations management.
Ms. Ames returned to Boston in 1994 to join Brown Brothers Harriman’s global custody operation as manager of the Treasury Department.
Ms. Ames received her A.B.
degree in Government from Smith College.
