Brian Lloyd – Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary – Mr. Lloyd is a Certified Public Accountant and has been employed by the Company since December 1985.
Prior to joining the Company, he was an accountant for DeNovo Oil and Gas Inc., an independent oil and gas company.
Mr. Lloyd received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and also attended the University of Houston.
Mr. Lloyd has served as Secretary and Treasurer of the Company since 1989 and Vice President since March 1998.
