Frédéric Fontaine

Mr. Frédéric Fontaine, CFA, is a Director of Quantitative Research & Assistant Portfolio Manager at Addenda Capital, Inc. Mr. Fontaine provides support to the Portfolio Management team in the areas of risk monitoring and management, contributes to the creation of customized investment strategies for actual and prospective clients, and in the development of quantitative models.
In addition to being a member of the Quantitative Research team, he contributes to the development and implementation of the active duration strategy.
He received his Master’s degree in Finance from Université de Sherbrooke, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Université de Sherbrooke.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation.
