Mr. Falk Nuber has been working at DEWB since 2000 and a member of the company’s Executive Board since 2005.
He is responsible for investment management and law.
Before being appointed to the Executive Board he was responsible, initially as corporate lawyer and investment manager, for the legal structuring of investment transactions and providing support for portfolio companies.
As a legal expert in transaction and investment contracts, he was involved both in acquisitions as well as exits and represented DEWB as lead negotiator.
Key transactions for DEWB included, amongst others, the sale of 4D-Vision, the acquisition and subsequent full takeover of KSW, acquisition and sale of the investment company optic ag from Switzerland, as well as the investment of Munich Biotech AG into MediGene AG.
After gaining his degree in law, Mr. Nuber began his career with the Treuhandanstalt where he acquired his initial experience in corporate transactions.
