Mr. Campbell worked for Sorrento Associates from March 2001 to 2005.
Over the last few years, Mr. Campbell has worked with emerging companies in San Diego as a founder, CEO, director, corporate attorney, general counsel and vice president of business development.
Mr. Campbell is currently a director of Cameron Health, Inc., Laser Diagnostic Technologies, Inc., Petritech Inc., Seat Advisor, Inc., and V-Enable, Inc. Mr. Campbell’s prior experiences included being the CEO of San Diego based TheGolfer.com national real-time golf reservation service, a director and EVP Business Development for San Diego based NeoPoint, Inc., a wireless web-enabled handset developer, VP of Business Development for Optimal Integrated Solutions, a systems integration company based in Carlsbad, CA, and a corporate and securities attorney at the law firm of Gray, Cary, Ware & Freidenrich, specializing in licensing, intellectual property protection and transfers and financing, M&A transactions and initial public offerings for high growth technology companies.
Mr. Campbell earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego (Magna Cum Laude) a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles (with honors) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with Honors Distinction and a minor in International Relations from Boston University (Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa).
