Eric Cannon

Mr. Eric Cannon, CFA, is a Managing Director & Deputy Portfolio Manager at American Realty Advisors LLC.
He is responsible for sourcing investments in the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic regions from the New York to Washington, D.C.
corridor.
He has over 19 years of experience.
Prior to joining American Realty Advisors, Mr. Cannon was a Director of Acquisitions at Grosvenor Fund Management where he was responsible for all aspects of the transaction process including sourcing, underwriting, structuring, financing, and closing of new investments for the firm’s commingled funds and institutional clients.
Prior to that, he served as an Investment Analyst at Legg Mason, Investment Advisory Group.
He earned a B.S.
degree from the University of Delaware and is a CFA charter holder.
