Howell is Senior Financial Planner at Evergreen Capital Management LLC.
Prior to joining Evergreen Capital Management in 2011, she was a Senior Financial Associate at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. where she worked with clients helping them in the areas of wealth management and financial planning.
Ms. Howell joined UBS Financial Services Inc. in 2004 and became one of a small number of UBS Financial Advisors who have earned the designation of Wealth Advisor.
She provided highly personalized wealth management solutions, developed customized investment and estate planning strategies for individual clients and their families.
She holds general securities and Registered Investment Advisor Representative licenses (Series 6, 7, 31, 63 and 65), as well as life, disability and long-term care insurance licenses.
She also earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional designation.
Ms. Howell graduated from State University in Irkutsk, Russia, with a master's degree in education and linguistics.
Languages she speaks include English, Russian, Japanese and reading comprehension in French.
Active in the local community, Elena served on the board of directors and as a treasurer of Art with Heart for five years and is a current member of the Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club.
Born and raised in Irkutsk, Russia, she moved to Seattle, WA in 1997.
Outside of work, she enjoys golf, hiking and skiing with her family.
Her passion is ballroom dancing, which she has done competitively for 18 years back in Russia.
