Elbridge H. Stuart

Prior to joining Coldstream Capital Management, Mr. Stuart was a Senior Research Analyst and Institutional Portfolio Manager for Sander Capital Management.
After earning his Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University in 1970, he began his business career in the computer industry.
From 1970 to 1985, he occupied a variety of positions in medium and large firms including General Electric, Tymshare and ASK Computer in the areas of hardware support, large system software design and software product management.
In 1986, he began his financial career and moved to a small fee-based financial planner in Palo Alto California.
Since then, he has worked for several investment firms in the areas of investment banking, equity research and portfolio management.
In 1994, he joined Sander Capital, a northwest based investment management firm that specialized in managing high net worth assets.
During his tenure there, he was responsible for initial implementation of the firm’s institutional management activities.
His responsibilities included investment research, general securities trading, and portfolio management.
Mr. Stuart is a member of the Seattle Society of Financial Analysts and the Foundation Financial Officers Group.
In addition, he is a member of the Whitman College investment committee, and serves as a board member and treasurer to Overlake School, a private school in Redmond, Washington.
He is also a board member and acting CFO to the Stuart Foundation, a non-profit foundation providing funds for childrens’ issues in Washington and California.
