Edward H.
Sproat has been a Director of SI International, Inc. since November 2000.
He was President of Network Services for Bell Atlantic and has over 38 years of experience in the telecommunications field.
From June 1993 to June 2000, Mr. Sproat was President and Chief Operating Officer of Bell Atlantic Networks and Vice President of Operations, Chief Operating Officer for Bell Atlantic-New Jersey, Vice President of Operations for Bell Atlantic Business Systems Services and an Assistant Vice President of Financial Management for Bell Atlantic.
He was a Director of the New Jersey Bell and Somerset Medical Center.
Mr. Sproat was a Director of Evolving Systems, Inc. in 2002 and a Member-Audit Committee.
