Harp is Founder & Managing Member at Sable Lion Ventures LLC.
From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Harp served as co-founder, CEO, and Director of LogiKeep, Inc. and then as the Senior Vice-President of the Knowledge Products Division at Vigilinx, (formed through the acquisition of LogiKeep, Inc).
In 1997, he co-founded LogiKeep, the pioneer of network security intelligence (a specialized niche in the information security industry) and managed its market entrance and extreme rapid growth to 80 employees.
Mr. Harp negotiated an exit whose cash portion was more than 10 times trailing revenue after one of the worst economic shifts in decades.
Prior to founding LogiKeep, Mr. Harp served as a U.S.
Naval Officer with experience in communications and physical security, combat information management, and intelligence.
He serves on the Board of Trustees for both Junior Achievement of Central Ohio and Marburn Academy.
He also serves as a board member (past President) of the Columbus Chapter of the Entrepreneur's Organization (EO) and is a founding board member of Buckeye Gazelles.
He was also a 2002 recipient of the Columbus Forty Under 40 award and is a member of the Entrepreneurial Leaders Society at The Ohio State University's Center for Entrepreneurship.
Mr. Harp holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Miami University of Ohio.
