It operates through the following segments: Russian Ports and Finnish Ports. The Russian Ports segment focuses on the management and ownership of container terminal, under the names of Petrolesport (PLP), First Container Terminal (FCT), Ust-Luga Container Terminal (ULCT), Vostochnaya Stevedoring Company (VSC), Moby Dik (MD), and Yanino Logistics Park (YLP). The Finnish Ports segment consists of container terminals in the ports of Vuosaari and Kotka, Finland. The company was founded on February 29, 2008 and is headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus.
