De Qing Tan

De Qing Tan is currently the Director-Corporate Operations Research Division at the Operations Research Society of China.
He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director at Flowing Cloud Technology Ltd.
Additionally, he holds the position of Professor at Southwest Jiaotong University and Associate Professor at Qingdao University.
Mr. Tan has a graduate degree from Sichuan University, a doctorate degree from Southwest Jiaotong University, and an undergraduate degree from Northeast Normal University.
