David William Slater

Mr. David W.
Slater, CFA MBA, is an US Equity Analyst at Leith Wheeler Investment Counsel Ltd.
Mr. Slater joined Leith Wheeler in September 2015 from Mackenzie Cundill where he worked for the past eight years, most recently as Director of Research and Lead Portfolio Manager for several of Cundill’s strategies.
Prior to Cundill, he spent six years with Belkorp Capital Management and three years with Toronto Dominion Asset Management.
He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, and went on to earn his MBA at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
