David Walthour

Dr. Walthour joined ClearFunds with years of years of quantitative financial research experience and of software development experience.
He has had experience with Stafford Trading, LLC and Ronin Capital, LLC where he developed quantitative strategies and systems for electronic market making in equity and index options.
From 2002 to mid-2005, he was the Head of Quantitative Development for the Ritchie Quantitative Strategies group at Ritchie Capital Management where he provided leadership in building the proprietary quantitative equity market neutral strategies used by the firm.
Dr. Walthour has a PhD in Engineering Sciences specializing in Space Plasma Physics from Dartmouth College and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
