David S. Timson

Prior to joining Adams Street in 1985, Mr. Timson was Vice President of Finance and Business Administration at MPI, an international manufacturer of ceramic packages for integrated circuits.
In this capacity, he oversaw all financial, treasury and administrative functions for the company, which had two manufacturing facilities: one in Singapore and the other in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Prior to this, Mr. Timson was the Director of Venture Management and Analysis in the Business Investment Division of Greyhound Capital for four years.
In this position, he was responsible for the direction and coordination of all phases of the Division’s venture capital activities.
In addition, he was responsible for designing and developing vendor and venture lease programs.
Mr. Timson received his BS in 1975 from the University of Illinois & his MS in 1976 .
