Mr. Janicek has served as CFO of Filtration Group, Madison Indoor Air Quality and Madison Energy.
Prior to joining Madison, Mr. Janicek served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Business Development and Vice President Corporate Controller at Clarcor, a publicly traded $1.5 billion global provider of filtration products and services.
He was responsible for global M&A activity, business development, strategy and corporate finance.
Mr. Janicek also served as Vice President of Integration after Clarcor was acquired by Parker-Hannifin for $4.3 billion in March 2017, a role in which he led the design and execution of all global integration activities at Clarcor.
Previously, he held financial roles of increasing responsibility at Woodward, a leading manufacturer of control solutions for the aerospace and industrial markets, and at S.C.
Johnson & Son, a global branded consumer products company.
Mr. Janicek began his career in the audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Janicek, a CPA, earned his MBA with honors from the University of Chicago, as well as a Finance degree from the University of Illinois.
