David Frederick Mraz

Mr. David F.
Mraz is Co-Founder at Mraz, Amerine & Associates, Inc. He is on the Board of Directors at Mahdia Gold Corp.
He is a long-time member of the Central Catholic High School Foundation Board, and serves on the Finance Committee for the Foundation.
He is also a member of Modesto Gateway Rotary.
He co-founded Mraz, Amerine & Associates in 2007.
He has over 44 years of Financial Experience.
Mr. Mraz was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S.
Army and assigned to military intelligence.
For three years while America was at war, he designed and implemented intelligence-gathering computer systems at the National Security Agency in Fort Meade, Maryland.
He started as a field examiner for the National Association of Securities Dealers, then worked in Dean Witter’s legal and compliance department in San Francisco before coming to Modesto as a broker in 1977.
He developed, tested and refined his investment philosophy and approach at Dean Witter (which later became Morgan Stanley) over the next 30 years.
He received his undergraduate and MBA from Santa Clara University.
