David Demarest

David Demarest Vice President, Business Development Mr. Demarest is Trilogy Capital Group’s Vice President of Business Development.
Mr. Demarest brings to Trilogy his consummate business development skills with a particular emphasis on the financing of emerging growth companies.
In an era of mass marketing, Mr. Demarest’s focus is highly targeted through the development of 1-to-1 relationships with institutional investors, family offices and high net worth investors.
Prior to Trilogy, Mr. Demarest served as Vice President Business Development for Earth Science Tech, Inc. operating in the fields of hemp cannabidiol (CBD), nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, medical device R&D and is engaged in the distribution of CBD related products in addition to a wide variety of wellness products.
Concurrent with Earth Science, he worked with Stonegate Capital Partners, LLC, a national financial advisory firm.
Before joining Earth Science, Mr. Demarest was National Sales Director for Midwest Metal Exchange, a precious metals dealer.
In 2006, for six years, Mr. Demarest was Director of Investor Relations at Vertigo Theme Parks, a global theme parks company.
In the early 2000s, Mr. Demarest was a principal at Hunter Scott Financial, LLC where he obtained his Series 24, Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses, opening and operating his own NASD Broker Dealer.
Mr. Demarest has a BA in Business Administration from Florida State University.
