Mr. Larkin is a senior executive with a wealth of experience in operations management.
He spent the majority of his career working at Talon, Inc. with the last ten years as Head of Operations, President and serving on the Board of Directors.
His work has included managing unions, inventory control, overseeing operations, including highly engineered processes, and logistics.
Subsequent to Talon, Inc., He was a Vice President at Coats PLC, a $2.0 billion public British manufacturing company.
He planned, orchestrated and successfully moved five manufacturing plants from the United States to Mexico and China.
In 2006, he was relocated to China for one year to develop a manufacturing plant and train local supply chain management teams in the country for Coats PLC.
Currently, He serves on the board of Wakefield Thermal Solutions, Inc. and is assisting with the company's development of a local China supply and logistics team.
