Dale Burgess

Mr. Dale Burgess, CFA, is a Executive Managing Director of Infrastructure & Natural Resources at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board and at Ontario Teachers Private Capital /Infrastructure/.
He leads the Infrastructure and Natural Resources department and is responsible for overseeing infrastructure acquisitions and asset management globally.
He joined Ontario Teachers' in 1996 and has deep experience in the utilities, power and transportation sectors.
He worked on the acquisition of Cubico Sustainable Investments and Autopista Arco Norte and currently serves on the boards of AndesCan, Ontario Airports Investments Ltd., and Heritage Royalty.
Mr. was previously Head of the Infrastructure & Natural Resources team for Latin America where he oversaw portfolio companies as well as business development and origination in target countries across the LATAM region.
He holds a BA (Accounting) from the University of Waterloo.
He is a Chartered Accountant, a CFA charter holder and a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Waterloo.
