Da Xi Liu is currently the Chairman at Baoji CSR Times Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd.
Prior to this, he worked as the Director-Manufacturing Centre at CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd.
and as the Chief Production Officer at Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd.
from 2008 to 2012.
Mr. Liu holds an MBA from Central South University, which he received in 2005, and an undergraduate degree from Beijing Jiaotong University, which he received in 1988.
