Quarterman is Founding Partner at Five Paces Ventures.
Prior to co-founding Five Paces, Mr. Quarterman has years of experience as a principal investor and advisor in private equity opportunities including serving as Principal of Inverness Management LLC and a Managing Director of Mistral Management Ltd.
His experience includes direct investments, venture capital and leveraged buyouts.
Mr. Quarterman was responsible for initiating, negotiating and managing a diverse portfolio of companies engaged in manufacturing, technology, oil and gas and consumer products.
Prior to that, he spent eight years in the field of investment banking with Salomon Brothers in New York and The Robinson-Humphrey Company in Atlanta.
Mr. Quarterman completed his undergraduate, J.D.
and MBA degrees at the University of Virginia.
