He is the past chairman and currently serves on the board for the Pacific Pension Institute, an educational resource to institutional investors engaged in long-term investment in the Asia Pacific region.
He also serves as the co-chair of the Milken Global Capital Markets Committee from the Milken Institute.
He serves on the board of the Emory Center for Alternative Investments at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
He also represents institutional investors on the MSCI Barra Index Editorial Advisory Board and the EDHEC-Risk Institute.
He was previously employed as a Portfolio Manager by Washington State Investment Board.
Mr. Ailman has a Bachelor of Arts in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
He received his certified financial planner designation from the University of Southern California.
