Caroline Huyskes joined Egeria in 2003 as fund director.
From 1997 to 2002 she worked with Van Lanschot Bankiers, where she headed the corporate office department.
In this position she was responsible for several corporate finance, merger & acquisitions and capital market transactions.
Furthermore, she was involved in Van Lanschot Bankiers' initial public offering in June 1999.
For 15 months (end 1995 through 1996) Caroline worked for the structured finance division of ABN AMRO Bank in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she was involved in export and project finance transactions and was an account manager for several international companies (e.g.
Telkom and Palabora Mining).
Caroline started her career in 1992 as an associate with the corporate finance & capital markets division of MeesPierson, where she worked closely together with Peter Visser and Jan Niessen.
She was involved in a number of transactions, including the merger between KNP, BT and VRG; and the initial public offering and rights issue of Heijmans.
Furthermore, during 1994 and 1995, she was syndication manager of MeesPierson.
Caroline holds a Master Degree in Business Economics from the University of Groningen.
Alongside her professional career Caroline is a member of the board of the Dutch Golf Federation.
