Bob Monte

Mr. Robert J.
Monte is a Chief Investment Officer & Chief Wealth Officer at Monte Financial Group LLC.
He is the founder of Monte Financial Group and serves as the firm’s Chief Investment Officer.
In addition, he is responsible for providing individualized investment strategies and ongoing investment management plans for individuals and their families.
Prior to establishing Monte Financial Group, Mr. Monte spent 17 years at Smith Barney, serving as Senior Vice President Wealth Management.
Throughout the years, he has advised clients through challenging economic cycles such as the savings and loan crisis of 1990-1991, the dot-com bubble of 2000, and most recently the sub-prime mortgage market collapse of 2007-2008.
He earned Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Connecticut.
In 2015, he earned the designation of CPWA (Certified Private Wealth Advisor) having met rigorous experience and ethical requirements.
Additionally, in 2002, he earned CAP (Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy) designation which positioned him as a leader in the fields of philanthropy and wealth management.
