Blair R. McCallum

Blair McCallum joined 3i in October 2007.
He is the Partner responsible for active partnership within 3i's Portfolio.
Before joining 3i, he was a Partner in McKinsey & Company where he founded and managed their Production System Design Centre- A series of global offices designed to build McKinsey's institutional capability to consult effectively in operational change whilst delivering impactful, sustainable, and scalable results.
Prior to joining McKinsey, he spent 14 years working in the Automotive Industry in Senior and General Management positions.
Whilst working for Toyota, he was responsible for applying the Toyota Production System (TPS) within their supply base.
Mr. McCallum studied Production Engineering at Brookes University, Oxford.
