Zack is a Partner & Managing Director at Ironwood Capital Management Corp.
He is responsible for overseeing Ironwood’s research team and investment process.
He is a member of the firm's Investment & Risk Committee and Leadership Committee.
Prior to Ironwood, Mr. Zack worked in the Health Care Investment Banking Group of Deutsche Banc Alex.
Brown where he helped advise life sciences and medical technology clients on a wide variety of strategic and financial alternatives including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt issuances, and restructurings.
He earned a B.B.A.
in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A.
in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
