Mr. Andrew P.
Soper is an EMEA Head of Risk at State Street Global Advisors Ltd.
He is also a Managing Director responsible for all investment, credit, operational and fiduciary risks across State Street Global Advisors operations in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Mr. Soper was previously Head of the UK Portfolio Management in the Investment Solutions Group, where he was responsible for the oversight of all asset allocation portfolios in the UK and Ireland.
Prior to that, he was a member of the Global Equity Beta Solutions team and managed a wide range of structured equity portfolios in London and Hong Kong.
He graduated in 1997 with a MA (Honors) degree in Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
Additionally, he holds an MSc in Finance, awarded by the University of London in 2002.
