In 1999, she joined First Union and helped establish their Capital Markets presence in Baltimore, Maryland.
First Union merged with Wachovia Securities and, as Managing Director / Sr. Vice-President, she developed, expanded, and improved their capital markets platform and research ranking.
Ms. MacLaughlin received her B.A. from Goucher College.
