Allan Hutton

Allan Hutton served as the Chief Executive Officer at the Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina from 2021 to 2022.
Prior to that, he was the Director-Governmental Affairs at the South Carolina Department of Transportation from 2014 to 2021.
From 2004 to 2014, he held the position of Director-Governmental Affairs & General Counsel at the Manufactured Housing Institute of South Carolina.
Additionally, he worked as the Vice President-Governmental Affairs at United Homes Group, Inc. Mr. Hutton completed his undergraduate studies at the College of Charleston and pursued graduate degrees at the Darla Moore School of Business and the University of South Carolina School of Law.
