serves as Chief Operating Officer of Raine, helping to manage all aspects of the firm’s operations.
A.J.
previously served as General Counsel of the firm before being promoted to COO in 2023.
Prior to joining Raine, A.J.
was a practicing attorney at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he focused on private equity fund formation, private equity investments, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters, representing a diverse variety of private equity and strategic clients.

received a B.A.
in philosophy and political science from Amherst College, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and a J.D.
cum laude from New York University School of Law, where he was a McKay Scholar.
