Alexey Sergeev

Mr. Alexey Sergeev is Co-Head-Fixed Income Trading at Otkritie Brokerage House OJSC.
He worked from 1993 to 1997 as Chief Expert in the corporate and securities department of Rosstro.
Then from 1997 to 2003, he held the position of Dealer in the assets and liabilities department, Bureau of Debt Operations at Bank Saint Petersburg.
From 2003 to 2007, he worked at KIT Finance Investment Bank, where, in 2007 to 2008, he was head of the Department of Debt Markets.
In 2008 he was appointed head of the Departments of Debt Markets at KIT Finance.
In 2008, he moved to OTKRITIE FC as Managing Director.
And in 2009 he was named Managing Director of Fixed Income Markets.
Mr. Sergeev graduated from the Cherpovets Military Engineering Vocational College with a specialty in command and tactical radio communications in 1989.
