Yves Coupin

Yves Coupin is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and holds the rank of "ingénieur en chef" of the Corps des Mines.
He was Director of natural gas, electricity and coal for the French ministry of Industry before joining COGEMA in 1983 as Vice President in charge of the Mining Division.
In 1993, he became Vice President of the Uranium Division and, in June 2000, Executive Vice President of the Reprocessing-Recycling-Engineering Sector.
Mr. Coupin was named Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Sustainable Development and Total Quality management in June 2002.
He was asked to head up Sustainable Development and Total Quality management for the AREVA group in February 2003 and also became a member of the AREVA Executive Committee.
Mr. Coupin will continue in his duties as Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Sustainable Development and Total Quality management for COGEMA and as member of the COGEMA Executive Committee.
