Wojciech Polec

Dr. Wojciech Polec is Vice President at PKO BP Bankowy PTE SA and Vice Chairman-Supervisory Board at Lokaty Budowlane SA (formerly Fabryka Diet SA) since February 9, 2010.
He has been Member of the Company's Supervisory Board since November 3, 2009.
In addition to his duties at the Company, since December 2003, he has occupied the post of Vice Chairman of the Management Board at PKO BP BANKOWY PTE SA. Until 2002, he served as Member of the Management Board at Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Ergo Hestia SA. Between 1994 and 1998, he served as Deputy Director of the Capital Investment Office at Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen i Reasekuracji Warta SA. He occupied the post of Director of Powszechny Bank Handlowy Gecobank SA and Director of Branch of the Powszechny Bank Budowlany Invest Bank SA. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Warsaw and he also holds a Doctorate of Science degree from the University of Warsaw.
