William Purcell

Mr. Purcell most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of U.S.
Bancorp Equipment Finance, Inc., one of the largest bank-affiliated equipment finance companies in the nation and a major funding source for companies in nearly every industry sector nationwide.
In this position, he directed all operations of the stand-alone leasing company with five divisions, 30,000 contracts and 375 employees, incorporating more than $4 billion in assets and $1 billion in annual new business volume.
Prior to joining U.S.
Bancorp Equipment Finance, Mr. Purcell was Executive Vice President for Machine Tool Finance Corporation, a company that financed metal cutting, fabrication and plastics equipment.
U.S.
Bancorp acquired the business in 1990, and Mr. Purcell was promoted to Group President in 1993 where he led the division through 2001.
