William P.
Benac was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer of American Railcar Industries, Inc. from January 2005 to June 16, 2008.
He co-founded bpmx and served as its Senior Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer from December 2003 to January 2005.
From August 2002 to February 2003, Mr. Benac served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kinko's, Inc. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Grass Valley Group from November 2000 to November 2001.
Mr. Benac served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of UICI and as Chief Executive Officer of United Credit National Bank from May 1999 to November 2000.
Previously, he was Global Vice President and Treasurer of Electronic Data Systems Corporation from February 1992 to October 1997.
From 1973 to 1990, Mr. Benac held various positions with Verizon Corporation and its predecessor companies, including President of GTE Finance Corp.
from 1986 to 1990.
He has served on the National Advisory Council of the Marriott School of Management-Brigham Young University since 1997.
Mr. Benac is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
He received a BA and an MBA from Brigham Young University and a JD from the Pace University School of Law.
