Wendy Furrer

Ms. Wendy Furrer is Vice President at Spring Mountain Capital LP.
Prior to joining SMC in February 2010, Ms. Furrer reported on-air and field produced for CNBC’s “High Net Worth” program, which provided avenues for viewers to extend their wealth and get the most out of the assets they have.
At CNBC, Ms. Furrer also produced business news reports and established CNBC’s hedge fund and private equity beat.
Prior to CNBC, Ms. Furrer produced for a range of programs at CNN, including Lou Dobbs Tonight, CNN Special Projects, CNN en Espanol and CNN Financial News.
Ms. Furrer started her career at Credit Suisse, where she worked as an analyst in global foreign exchange.
While at CS, she also provided strategic planning and business development for its foreign exchange business following the merger of commercial and investment bank operations.
Ms. Furrer received a B.A.
in International Affairs and Spanish from Lafayette College, and an M.B.A.
from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
