Vivek is the Founder of Above N Beyond, an execution focused organization consulting firm.
Over the last 24 years, Vivek has worked across three different industries – Maritime, Technology Services and Consulting.
With extensive international experience in working with global teams and clients across industries, Vivek is passionate about enabling organizations to drive business outcomes through a balance between structure, systems and people practices.
A sailor at heart, he has travelled the globe extensively and enjoys open conversations with the belief that any problem can be solved through a 'ConversationCulture’ as long as it's a safe space.
Further, he is an integral part of 'Dads for Daughters’, a community service which educates boys on equality and respect for all.
An avid yoga practitioner, he keeps fit by playing badminton and tennis.
